    any recommendations for what mineral oil is best to use for a 03' Patrol? according to the owner's manual, synthetic oil is prohibited and that the rating of the oil should not exceed CF-4. the specs also mention that the viscousity of the oil should also be at 20W-40/50 because of our hot weather conditions here... 5W/10Ws are said to be more for cooler climates....

    To be sure use the oil being used by your local Nissan dealer. Or you may try the other brands with the same specs.
