    Hi everyone,

I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Try ko ipa-check ang Aux fan, radiator, F/A mixture and water pump... hose and belts ok nman. I'll try to schedule it this weekend. Di kayo masyado nag comment tungkol sa bagong piston ring. I guess it doesn't really contribute masyado sa heat even if bagong palit.

Thanks a lot. ang more power sa inyo.

Baka tight fit ang piston rings mo, baka lang or the cylinderhead gasket may be damage due to over tightening.

break it in the tightness may have something to do with it. in one of our vehicles that was newly overhauled, it was overheating when we put some load on it (truck)

when there is no load no overheating (idle)

we checked everything water pump, hoses, thermostat stuck, you name it we checked.

suddenly it stopped overheating. the point is you should not let it overheat. when you see its about to overheat, cool the engine down by waiting for it to cool.

    good luck

Use Distilled drinking water not mineral water. Kaya nga we do not recommend tap water is because it contains solids.

Thank you sir sa clarification. Any explination why distilled water is good for the engine?

Simply put, distilled is good because it has been distilled and the solid particles have been taken out.

Those solids can stick inside the radiator, cause scaling, and eventually foul the system.

I've already experience that.maybe maybe maybe ganyan din ang nagyari.

I suggest to check all the components of your cooling system.marami kasing dahilan yong overheating problem.

    Sir Leinahtan,

Salamat sa link na bigay mo very informative. From now on I'll try saving rain water for my radiator (syempre yung malinis).
