CivicVTI, I just went to the abacus earlier and they said that they dont know how to fix my problem! id even told them that my friend used to have the same prob and they are the one who fixed their prob. but they said that they that don't have toold for my problem dalin ko daw sa mekaniko... haayz
how about the vacuum hose connecting the intake manifold to the brake booster? did you check it?
parang may vacuum leak somewhere....
have you had your IAC checked and cleaned? its the one that controls the idle rpm, they just clean it with sensor friendly carb cleaner.
Did you speak with Rene, the owner? Did they inspect your aircon system? What specifically did they do, if I may ask. As of now, I can only guess that the problem lies within the engine and not the aircon system. For that I usually go to Sprint in Banawe. If you're coming from Quiapo along Quezon Avenue, turn right at Banawe. The first corner to your right, that's where they are located. You may call them first at 711-3535 to describe the problem.
I hope this can help. Update us soon.
naka five times na po ako nagpalit ng servo all of them are surplus pero out of those five? imposible naman po na wlang gumana dun??
wala naman pong leak... ok lahat except for the rpm drops when ac is on.
yep I talked to mr Rene, he saw my car but he didn't check it coz he told me that this isn't the place for my problem. sabi nya agad servo yan and aircon has nothing to do with it, his boy's couldnt fix it, aircon lang daw. they dont have idling kit... that's exactly what he said.
galing ako stage 1 motorworks in araneta. they said that have my car checked by an aircon specialist coz hindi daw sa computer box ang problem..., they refer aves aircon specialist in speaker perez in qc... so nagpunta ako dun kaso lunch time, so dumeretso na ko abacus pero yun ang sabi di daw sa ac.. then I went somwhere in banawe i forgot the store though its near in retiro. they are the ones who replaced by servo five times but prob still occurs so pinababalik nila ako tomorrow to check my computer box, pero while on my way home I accidentally stopped at this shop in cordillera near banawe. I asked them if they could fix my problem... same thing adjust and changed servo but andun pa din prob. so ginawa nila they replaced my computer box with another comp box. pero ganun pa din. so wala sa comp box ang problem...... nakaka frustrate na po talaga. walang nakakagawa ng problema ko huhu di ako makapag aircon![]()
Take it to Sprint bro, have them take a look at it and tell the mechanics there what the other shops told you. I once had a Honda Civic VTi (hence my username here) and whenever I had engine problems, they always found a solution.
My second recommendation would be to visit Speedyfix at Shaw Blvd. (http://www.speedyfixph.com/) Maybe they can help you find the answer. Migs, the owner, is very knowledgeable...but he's out of the country right now. He'll be back next week Monday (I called earlier today). Their head mechanic is on duty though.
Another shop you can go to is SpeedLab along Quezon Avenue, its across Pegasus. I think they can also troubleshoot your problems.
