K&N drop-in air filter, WORTH IT?

If you have a diesel don't expect your MAF to last past 75000klm without a oil catch can, Your crank case breather is dumping way more junk on your MAF than a K&N ever will. Your actually supposed to clean your MAF at the same interval as your normal air filter changes are supposed to be.

Currently using this on our 1.3 econobox. At first, before I changed to K&N the engine was really thirsty as the stock air filter became clogged with dirt, kahit anong buga ng compressed air same FC pa rin. When I changed to K&N drop-in, balik sa normal ang mileage and it actually got slightly better fuel economy by around 5 to 10% estimate. 20K kilometers and 2 cleaning sessions later, performance is the same, and mas maingay ang sigaw ng makina at high rpms compared to the OEM air filter. Anyway, para sa mga buyers nito, don't expect too much from the drop-in. It's just slightly better than OEM. Tama rin yung naunang posts sa thread, kung mahal ang OEM air filter from casa, saka lang worth it mag K&N drop-in.
