May inilalagay dyan ang aircon shop na parang aerotape din yata yung kulay black din na ibabalot lang dun sa rubber part ng hose para ma minimize pagtulo ng water going to compressor

if the aircon system is already old..
they will usually guarantee only the parts they replaced. no one will guarantee a piece of tubing or condenser that is as old as your car and probably older than some of their workers there..
and yes... new holes may appear once the aircon gets going.. because new, high pressures will come into play.. rusted out weak areas will give way, when did not give way before..
it's all part of the ageing, sir.
it wasn't their fault that your metal is rusted out.. it's not their fault that the freon leaked out. (but in truth, nadadaan yan sa magandang usapan, if they are so inclined..)

and that tubig.. that's just condensate. nothing to worry about, even as it does look "uncomfortable" to some.. some insulation wrapped around the metal should help.
