Fuel Injection Calibration 101

GD am sa lahat n may Starex....Doc..maayos ba ang Denso Diesel Calibration sa may Banawe....? May Starex ako..2nd hand ko nabili....55K na tinatakbo...52K sya last change oil ko..palit fuel filter/pump...ang emission niya 0.02. Di ako makapanilwa..pero ok naman ang hatak...Ano ano signs na dpat magpa calibrate ako...? tnx

we have an A/T Toyota Townace 3C-T injection pump cleaned. after that, power is better, smoke emission is lesser. however, shifting gear became later, the fuel consumption became bigger. will adjusting the governor to lower level will really help? ano po ang possible causes dito? except for another factor na every week, tumataas talaga ang presyo ng Diesel.

Keep up the good work. Malaking tulong yan sa amin. Im fascinated with diesel engines I read a lot about diesel engine mechanics and fuel system.
I hope you can also include topics related to Turbo and Intercoolers. Nowadays kasi most diesel engines are fitted with these gadgets.

hi guys.. just want to suggests, if you guys want to have your injection pums calibrated and your nozzles cleaned, can i suggest you guys go to our shop, MKTAFF injection pumps specialists, my father own this shop and i can assure he has mastered all types of injection pumps.. my father before starting this business was the manager of diesel kiki also known as bosch-zexel, he together with his mechanics and calibrators are bosch certified technicians and were trained in bosch-zexel japan..

im thinking of bringing my 94 L200 to Denso tomorrow for calibration. Im tired of being flagged down everytime. Im just wondering if i could get a certification from a govt. agency certifying that my vehicle has passed emission testing. They dont honor kasi the emission certificates of private emission centers eh.

wala na palang denso sa banawe. Diba sa tapat ito ng delgado(delmundo? basta yung dating childrens) hospital? Anyway, i ended up bringing my ride to central diesel.

Sir Laklak meron pa Denso sa banawe they just transferred sa gilid na street nung hospital na sinasabi mo bumili lang kasi ako ng filter ng sasakyan ko nakita ko yung shop nila heheh..

may adventure diesel engine 06 pag rektahan ang takbo then tinapakan ko ang pedal ng kaunting todo may lumalabas ng black smoke. natural lang ba yon. thanks

good afternoon. meron akong pajero fieldmaster 1999 na 203,000 Kms pero no calibration yet. mausok lang pag mabigat ang paa pero sandali lang wala na. sabi nang mekaniko kailangan buksan kasi over 200k na tinakbo. tama ba siya????
