Then the manufacturers/ government must do something to protect those car buyers na nakabili na ng euro2 compliant cars.pano na pag na implement yun batas,it means sa garage na lang oto mo?

Implementation date is Jan 1, 2016: Philippines Issues Euro 4 Vehicle Emission Standards | Clean Air Initiative
Seaoil, Unioil and Petron already have Euro IV products. Some brands like Mazda are waiting for full Euro IV implementation so they can bring their diesels in.
If on the implementation date of Jan2016, What could have been the minimum emission figures allowed for diesels?
Now 2.2 for late year engines.

Up ko lang 'tong thread na ito since my newly purchased baby is Euro II compliant pa. So if car companies are supposed to sell only Euro 4 compliant vehicles by January 1, 2016, then how come Euro IIs are still rolling out the dealerships as of this time? Did I miss something? May TRO ba on the implementation of the law? Or as usual with our dear government, the implementation is so effd up we need not worry about the Euro IV thing?
