Well, overhaul itself is a big thing. It means opening up the engine and replacing a lot of parts to bring it to specs, either oversize or undersize.
PMS is a regular maintenance of serviceable parts. I will not include cylinder head gaskets in PMS.
Age in years is not a good measurement. Mileage would be closer to reality.
