mga ka-tsikot, dito rin sa issue na to ako concerned. carb din yung engine ng pizza ko, pero dahil sa mga narinig kong feedback,Caltex Gold na yung pinapakarga ko, all the while meron na din palang e10 yun! napansin ko pa, hindi maganda timing ng engine pag nagpakarga ng e10, tapos minsan namamatayan din ako ng makina. mga paps, pati na rin sa mga ka-pizza dyan, help naman sa issue na to! i really appreciate it if you can enlighten me sa troubling issue na ito. thanks!

If you have Petron in your area, try using BLAZE because it doesn't have E10.

Yup magkaiba sila. As of now ang Blaze wala pang halong ethanol (E10), ang XCS meron na. Mas mataas din ang octane rating ng Blaze compared sa XCS kaya mas mahal sya.

Mga Boss and D15 Vtec MT ba ay compatible din sa E10? I saw the link from hondaphils website regarding the e10 compatible engine but I assume that those are the locally manufactured engines (correct me if I'm wrong).

    Please advice naman. Thanks

Since meron na ding e10 ang Gold tsaka XCS, sa tingin nyo same lang din ang effect ng Silver/Extra? at least mas mura ang Silver/Extra.

It is pointless to insist any fuel right now is non-ethanol blended. All of them are.

Yun nga lang some are not yet E10. They still have less than 10% Ethanol. By August all will be E10. My source:Biofuel law which takes full effect by August 1, 2010 or four years after it was approved.

Nowadays only old diesel vehicles will work well with Biofuel. Diesel engines are designed with more resistant seals, gaskets and pipes. In fact older diesel engines will have no problem with E10. Mas tolerant lumang engines na diesel, circa 1999 and older. Some of these machines can even run with vegetable oil.
