Does drain plug washer is really required to replace every oil change?

I do my oil change so mag benefit ako sa fumoto.. 2.2k well spent.. kesa burloloy bilhin ko.. hehe

The valve does not protrude.. just like the old drain plug.. its just longer by 10mm and in no way can be hit by rocks underneath..

Thanks. Pricier than Amazon, but still affordable. F106 is probably the most common.

perfect ang fumoto sa 1st gen fortuners. yung engine oil drain plug is located immediately behind and recessed sa front suspension crossmember
so bago sya tamaan ng extraordinarily large road obstruction malamang matanggal muna yun dalawang gulong hehe.

also as an added benefit kapag change oil time di na kakalat yun tulo ng langis sa crossmember

Hindi natatnggal yung washer ng drain plug ng Ertiga, not sure kung across all model yon.
Hindi ko din matandaan kung napalitan nung previuos PMS sa casa nung naka warranty pa.
Pero at least Dec 2018 til kanina na DIY same washer pa din, nilagtan ko lang ng mighty gasket by Pioneer gasket maker yung last 2 OC ko
Order na rin lang ako sa casa or lazada next oil change, pero lagi ko naman minomonitor for leakage
