Does drain plug washer is really required to replace every oil change?

Hindi natatnggal yung washer ng drain plug ng Ertiga, not sure kung across all model yon.
Hindi ko din matandaan kung napalitan nung previuos PMS sa casa nung naka warranty pa.
Pero at least Dec 2018 til kanina na DIY same washer pa din, nilagtan ko lang ng mighty gasket by Pioneer gasket maker yung last 2 OC ko
Order na rin lang ako sa casa or lazada next oil change, pero lagi ko naman minomonitor for leakage

Natatanggal po yan.. malamang over used na yung crush washer.. need mo lang twist ng konti then thread it out

Medyo may kamahalan nga. But compare nyo naman sa mga gumagastos ng $$$ para lang sa mga walang kwentang add ons ( tulad dun sa "Baduy car" thread)....
