i don't know.
i've never had our car "cleaned" in any other way.
and as far as i know, the engine still works fine.

what about techron?

Techron works fine in port injected engines, does nothing in DI intakes, doc.

Reviving this thread. Anybody know where I can find CRC intake valve cleaner?
It's out of stock in both Lazada and Shopee.
International shipping restrictions regarding flammable items rules out purchasing from Ebay and Amazon.

I plan to use it to clean the intake valves every 10k kms. As, I don't think anybody will be offering walnut blasting in the near future.

As of now, Seafoam Top Engine cleaner is the only one available on Lazada and Shopee. But, the reviews on that product is not that good.
