Diesel loaded in a gas engine

the octane level of the fuel in your gas tank goes down. the worse that can happen is you rev the engine and it knocks. or there is more diesel than gasoline so the engine does not run at all.

first thing i'd do is to fill up to full tank to dilute that diesel. 2nd, add octane enhancer and stay in low revs (below 3k) until the next full tank.

or drain the tank tutal sabi mo 1/4 level na lang.

As of right now no issues so far as to pagkakaiba ng takbo from before. Sguro 15km ride na. Or mmya kopa mraramdaman effect nya? Or sa sobrang pagka pagod ko kahapon hnd nmn tlga diesel kinarga saken

So kahapon gabi sobrang tired kona at nagpa gas ako sa shell ng unleaded worth 200. When i was about to pay, nakta ko ibang pump nozzle binalik yung kulay itim which is shell fuelsave diesel instead of the green na fuelsave unleaded. Ang tanong ko is bka naghaluccinate lng ako kagabi sa sobrang pagod kya akalain ko diesel nilagay. As of now hnd nmn nag stutter ung engine still runs fine bka kasi konti lng pina gas kong diesel or dapat ma notice ko agad difference? And magkakasya ba nozzle ng diesel sa gas engine? Ang alam ko mas malaki daw ung diesel kya kng ganun hnd magkakasya sakin un.

Drain lang ung tank ng oner and lininis ung line and carb and changed spark plug.

How did you confirm that you loaded diesel? If it's just because of the nozzle jacket, it's actually highly likely that they just mistakenly put a black jacket on a gasoline nozzle.

Gas and diesel nozzles are exactly the same, but if you're driving a sedan I don't think you'll get a misfill.

Most common misfill vehicles are Innovas, Tucsons, and Fortuners because all of them are offered in both gas and diesel variants.

BALIKTAD ANG CASE NI TS. sa iyo diesel engine na nakargahan ng gasoline. sa kanya gasoline engine na nakargahan ng diesel. iba ang consequence nun. yours is a compression ignition.engine. his is a spark ignition engine.

Probably not. If you really had a diesel misfill, it would've manifested right away.

Definitely said sa gasoline boy na unleaded. ang ano ko lng is hindi ko nakta ung nlgay mya kasi i was on the car and not paying attention. sbgay kng nalgyan nga dpat maramdman kona kasi total fuel ng kotse ko included the alleged diesel is 25%

Our old owner type jeep with 4K engine was once filled with diesel. The effect was immediate. Stuttering with really really thick emission.

With computer and sensors in current engines, I think if diesel was indeed put in the tank of a gasoline engine, you would have noticed it or the system will flash something.

nung isang linggo lang sa mall car park. this lady with a 2014(?) everest kausap yung guard at isang guy(rescue/relative siguro nung babae), car hood open. ayaw na daw umandar.
tinanong ko yung guard kung ano nangyari? nakargahan daw ng gasolina dun sa shell station na malapit lang sa mall.
so pwede nga siguro mag-fit though hindi ko pa na-obserbahan kahit eyeballing lang.

Mas common ang gasoline misfuel to diesel tank kasi supposedly mas maliit ung nozzle ng gas pump kya madlas sa petrol engine hnd magkakasya ang diesel nozzle ksi relatively larger sya pero pag sa diesel engine mapa gas or diesel magkakasya. Hindi ko lng sure ang case neto sa pinas, inask kona din ung gas boy ng shell and sabi may differences pero mag kakasya padin.



Btw update sa kotse ko, 45kms since the alleged diesel misfuel and wla pako nararamdaman na alarming about sa car. Hindi nag stall, not sure sa mggng mas mausok as i was not paying attention. Hnd rin sya naging rough ride, tapos hanggang ngayon hnd kopa rin kinakargahan ng fuel
