before jumping deep into unsure or wrong conclusions, have a compression check and a cylinder leak down test. some causes of oil burning are:
1. stuck open PCV valve
2. plugged up crankcase breather hose
3. plugged up cylinder head holes leading down to the crankcase causing
a puddle of oil on top of the cylinder head and getting sucked in into
the intake valve guide
4. too thin of engine oil used
5. sludge and baked on varnish on the piston oil rings.
in the case of the latter, you can use high detergency (HD) oil to slowly melt the sludge down without having to drop the oil pan to remove the solids that had been loosened by engine flush.

July 8th, 2010 02:53 AM #24determine wether basa sa gasolina, sa langis or sa tubig.
pag basa sa langis, it might be the pistons. you may need to overhaul
pag basa sa gasolina, your carbs might need some attention.
pag basa ng tubig naman, you might have blown your head gasket. top overhaul yan.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
