Damaged Piston Ring

I suspect that my car has a damaged piston ring because it continues to consume a lot of oil even though I had the valve seals replaced already.

My car was overhauled about a year ago. Do I need to have it overhauled again? Is there any cheap way of replacing the piston ring without overhauling the engine?

What happens to the engine if I continue to use my car with a damaged piston ring? Wala pa kasing budget sa ngayon e.

Do you know of any shop you can recommend who can do the above repair at a reasonable/cheap price in Makati/Pasay area? How much would I need to budget for the repair?

before you conclude na piston ring ang sira please check:
1. maiitim ba usok sa tambutso?
2. kung maitim ang usok, remove the the spark plugs kung maitim din (maraming carbon)
3. dapat isa lang ang maitim kung piston ring ang sira. very unusual na lahat ng piston ring masira ng sabay-sabay
4. kung lahat maitim most probably na di piston ring ang sira, maaring leak lang somewhere.
