The cooling systems includes passages inside the engine.
simply draining the radiator does not remove the coolant entirely. if you really want to remove the coolant there are ways to do so. you can remove the radiator hoses top and bottom and you can also remove the thermostat as that is "closed" on a cold engine. by doing these all that coolant should go down the drain. you can do this twice to complete change to a different coolant.

Ako usually drain lang from radiator plug then flush with water. Pag clear na, refill it with ready to use prestone coolant.
