And baldwin dati pa meron non-cellulose oil filter example B2-HPG and the likes.

Kags, if may alam kang source ng B2-HPG, paki-share. Thanks.

    japan abc,

No, mali ka,. Hindi dahil mineral oil kaya 5,000kms. Dati ang sabi-sabi pag mineral =5,000, semi = 7,500, fully = 10,000. Racket yan nugn late 1990s.

Kahit mineral basta maganda api rating pwede 10,000kms.

You really need to read mga thread ni dvldoc. Meron pa yung engine oil thread. Pati sa bobistheoilguy.

And if you have a honda, user handbook ang palit ng oil filter every 20,000kms normal condition, Pag severe 10,000kms. So even car manufacturer recommends at 20,000kms.

So its more marketing na lang ng brands para mapansn ka. I remember before nagkalat ng lagim si royal purple trying to market its product na maganda. Masyado hardsell

Thats the problem dito sa pinas yung mga sabi-sabi kumakalat akala tama. Ako din nabola dati nyan mineral seimi at fully. Ploy ng casa/talyer yan.

and i have no problem sa wix kasi respetado si mann hummel.

I couldn't agree more. I really don't care what the previous price is. If the price now is more competitive and cheaper than before for the same store, then that's a plus for me. Prices change all the time and consumers always have the choice to go with the reseller that they think is selling at a good price at a certain point in time.

Ano mafefeel nung bumili at 640.

    mask ride blac,

Sa hondas & subaru(not mine) eh nakagamit na ako baldwin and fleetguard.

    sirkosero,

Sa international forum mas prefer B37 for gasoline engine toyota.

    fish,
sa pitstop cafe kasi nabubuo pag callingnames pag nagrerelax like bebe mishwa, eksagirl...........and catheyyyyyy

I use B233 for D40 Navara which i stockpiled na abt 4boxes *P250/pc. You can't go longer than B233 dahil may obstruction plumbing sa oil cooler.

Still Baldwin for me for the best quality. They have been using Parker seals since, buti nalang isa na sila. Yung Wix aside from magulo dealer network, magulo din ang offerings nila. Try ko magtanong sa Banawe at sa Gracepark parehong wala, then kung MAn+Humel as in totally wala ka naman makikita dealer not unless direct ka sa importer na usually nasa maritime industry. sa kanila ka din makakabili ng legit Parker Racor, Donaldson for marine engines. Meron pa pala yung Caterpillar w/c is for industrial use. Fleetguards is one fav for gensets and marine but andami nagsulputang China fakers kahit yung dealer sa Gracepark may hinahalo fakes. Kung gusto makamura talaga na tig 5k kms use, try nyo Sakura sa Clover Benavidez, madami ako nakikita trailer truck users cylindrical filters sakanila kumukuha. Just avoid the FRAM brand theyr'e offering.

Last bili ko ng Baldwin at Donaldson oil filters for my Altis 1.6 2003 is mga nasa Php320 yata. I specifically use them kasi 10,000 km OCI ko using FS oils.

Mas mahaba pala ng 10mm+ ang B233 vs B163.
Sa experience namin, halos same lang preference Baldwin or Donaldson with regard to gensets. Pero as to marine and agriculture, mas lamang Donaldson.

    P550008 Indonesia:
    Typical Indonesian made Donaldson filter:
Fully wrapped with shrinkwrap; protruding ung thread; three sides ng box printed with Donaldson logo with sticker ng part number on the 4th side; Ung bottom part ng box printed with the Indonesia address and code.

    P550008 Saudi A:
Ung lip lang may shrinkwrap (katulad ng vic, and purolator filters na walang country of origin na meron sa ace hardware dati); halos kamukha na ng B2; the filter is lighter than the Indonesian made counterpart, the box has no prints but only a sticker of the part number.

I'm not saying that the Indonesians made it better than the Arabs pero mas bet ko ung Indonesian made siguro kasi dun ako sanay.

Mas malapad ang BT223 vs B37 in terms of outer diameter; 18 Nominal, 40 Absolute vs 23 N, 45 A.
Mas preferred ko B37 vs BT223 kasi mas madali ang uninstallation for DIYers. Or gamit na lang ako ng mas mahaba like B113 or B243.
