Makadyot at pigil takbo pag malapot.

Yes 30 weight will flow better. It will also give better FC. Still, a thinner oil will shear faster from fuel dilution than a thicker oil. Which will affect your drain interval if you spend a lot of time in traffic. Turbo diesels also lose quite a bit of oil from evaporation from the crank case. you can see this deposited in your intercooler. Thinner oil will evaporate more quickly. I tried 30 weight once, I had to add oil more frequently.
It's year 2016. There are ways to get your point across without being abrasive. This is one of the biggest problems in this country. People think if they put someone down, sikat sila and it helps them somehow. I can't imagine how. Remember negativity breeds negativity.

Jan sila naleche.

* cliford27: Agree totally on that sir, which is also one reason why I started this thread. The Isuzu Multi-Z 10W-30 of the dealership may not provide adequate protection for my MUX the daily travel of which is mostly short. As in 3-minutes-one-way short. Lately I've deliberately made some side-trips (still darn short) of 10 km before I go home in the afternoon.
I'm considering some readily available synthetics such as Delo 5W-40 et al, but almost all of them are CJ-4 classified, whereas the MUX merely requires CH-4 to CI-4 oils. The casa won't allow me to bring my own oil even if it's superior to theirs. Haay...
I agree. travelling by train is always the fastest way to travel. kami din dati sa Bangkok, we...
