I'm thinking either aircon or radiator? I just noticed this hose disconnected on a 97 honda city with 1.3 engine.

I also noticed some steam (?) or freon (?) coming out when I raised the hood. I did not notice the temps rising but I only drove for 5 minutes though.

Looks like aircon based on the metal pipe the rubber hose connects to on the 2nd pic. Not sure though.

The radiator hose are located at the front on the 1st pic.

Thanks, it does look like an aircon hose. The other end attached to the area with the white stuff that looks like a teflon sealant for pipes. It is within the area of the orange circle just a few centimeters from the tip of the detached hose.

I traced some of the pipes attached to the hose and it does look like its attached to the condenser.

    Thanks for the help!

I was mistaken, as it turns out it is the bypass hose of the radiator. This means that the radiator is losing water slowly. I need to have it fixed sooner rather than later. Thanks everyone!
