Plan namin kasi maglagay Amplifier na V12 MRV f705U and then NBN Amplified 10 inch subwoofer and 2 JVC Home Speakers(50 watts RMS, 200watts max).

    TIA Guys

Save yourself the hassle of upgrading your current alternator's capacity. Replace the whole thing with one that has the rating that you need. Simple retrofit lang yan using/fabricating brackets and electrical connections. Kayang kaya ng auto electrician yan.

    My 2 cents.

Pero kakayanin ba ng charging ng sasakyan namin if ung 25 AMPs na alternator namin ay lagyan ng Car Audio as I mentioned above?
No prob naman sa charging un. and ung Motolite na Enduro ay tumatagal ng almost 2 years at 1 start din ung sasakyan mga sir

No, hindi kakayanin ng present alternator niyo ang current requirements ng "sound-set-up" niyo. At the very least, upgrade your alternator into a 55 amp unit. Its much better to have an alternator na medyo malaki sa current requirements ng electrical system niyo than an under capacity one.

Ahh thanks po sa reply. How much naman po magagastos if Ung current alt namin is ipataas ung charging capacity nya? Is it much cheaper kung bibili na lang ng bagong alt na 60 or 140 amp tulad ng sabi ni glenn or ipataas na lang ung charging capacity nitong current amp namin?

I dont know how much magagastos ninyo, but I think its not that expensive. I suggest you replace the whole alternator with a bigger capacity one.

Hindi ba masusunog ung mga other wiring ko gaya ng sa lights, electric fan or other electrical wirings if tinaasan ko ung AMP charging ko if fully charged na sya for example to 140 AMPS?. I mean na if nasa 0 Amps na ung Amp Meter ko and tumatakbo na ako ng malayo diba ung alt na lang nagsusuply ng other electricals sa sasakyan habang umaandar and ung battery is full charge na nun. san mapupunta ung excess na electrical if tinaasan ko kunwari ng 140 AMPs ung charging system nya?

nakikita kong problema ay ung baterya baka mabilis masira if you increase the ampere capacity of your alternator. maganda sa baterya dahan2x pag charge.

Amp-Rating of alternator means it has the capacity to deliver the rated current. Charging voltage of the battery is controlled by the voltage-current regulator of the alternator. As long as the alternator regulator is working, it will not overcharge the battery.
