Is the "flashing" circuit you guys added the one that allows you to flash the high beams without flashing the low beams, presumably to protect the HID ballast?

Please post the wiring diagram you guys used. And also which Civic FD electrical diagram are you using as reference? I know that there were several different versions of it wherein the fuse locations were slightly different.
