mga sir ano ba pinakamurang tachometer na pang carb engine-ignition coil type? mga nakikita ko sa sulit may shift light and stuff like that. magmumukhang rice yung fx. hehehe not to mention pricey pa.

not really planning to install it sa dashboard, kahit yung pwede lang i-tap habang naka-park just to check kung tama yung idle ng engine.

    thanks!

Anyone able to install mechanical oil pressure gauge sa car nila? Gusto ko sana install one para kita ang actual oil pressure, not just the oil pressure sensor lamp indicator lang ang monitor, meron calming effect na makita pumapalo ang arm ng dial type gauge pag press sa gas pedal, sabay sa palo ng rpm, rezing effect. Hehehe!

    Bili ka neto:

    1. Oil pressure gage (mechanical) - your choice of brand pero i would go sa FD. better quality than circuit.
    2. oil hose - para maseparate ang line at gage sa vibration. thread depending on the thread of the gage and other fittings
    3. 3/16 or 1/4 in steel or copper tube - your choice. mas resistant ang steel to cracks and vibration compared to copper. tapos pa flare mo. single flare pwede na as long as gumamit ka ng teflon on the threads. kung hinde double flared.
    4. T-fitting - kung gusto mong iretain ang oil pressure warning lamp
    5. Teflon - most of the time, NP threads (tapered) ang fittings para sa gages kaya you need to teflon it.

I'll retain the OP warning lamp so got to buy a tee fittting. Also, insert na lang ako sa line maybe an eight inch flexible hose with adapter fittings to eliminate engine vibration that may affect or break the oil tubing.

Just want to know where is the oil sensor located in a Corolla 2nd gen 4AFE engine. :-)
