Motolite is the perceived "BEST" car battery by most kaso mahal na masyado....laki kasi ang ginastos sa ads....
Most maintenance-free usually last for up to 2 years....extra na lang paglumampas.
3 of our vehicles are currently using GS battery. So far its still holding up. However, I thought Japan (not Indonesia) ang principal nito. And now may quality issues....tsk.tsk.tsk.

GS batteries are from oriental yuasa, also from the makers of motolite. They are under one battery group, the Oriental-Motolite Marketing Corporation (OMMC). though there are alos Yuasa plants in other countries. sa dry charge dept lang ginagawa yata ang GS at di sa wet charge - maintenance free (i think). tignan mo sa link yung sa domestic market ng yuasa sa Phils.

here in the Phils., no doubt motolite is the best automotive battery.

i think bro depende yan...at some point every product has a lemon...the sad part is, yung lemon ng motolite ikaw nakakuha...there are also reviews about the negative side of GS or other batteries for this matter. i suggest you avail the warranty that comes with the battery. siguro depende lang yan sa ratio...if 1 for every 1000, 1 for every 10,000, and so on...and depends on how many are the users of the product...as to who has the more defective batteries, that will not be decided here...
just sharin'

went to a battery shop just this afternoon to canvass for replacement of my honda jazz 1.3m battery. medyo feel ko na mahina na at umabot na siya sa warranty niya na 21 months (motolite gold ns40). nasa 3k na motolite gold kasama na trade in p150.
what do you think guys? TIA!
