Either you're a troll, or just stupid. Or a stupid troll. In any case, you can never have negative power-to-weight ratios because power (HP) and weight (kg) are always positive. Positive divided by positive is always positive.
Anyway, to humour you since you like numbers:
Kawasaki Barako - 13.5 HP
Weight with 7 passengers - 530 kg
Power to weight ratio: 25 HP/ton
Sure, it moves, but with a top speed of 30 kph and lots and lots of revs and smoke.
GT-R with Vios engine: 47 HP/ton
Much higher than the loaded Barako, if that's your point. But it'll still be a very slow car. An L300 has the same P/W ratio but that's a diesel which is why it can climb easily despite not having power. Of course, its top speed up a steep hill is pathetic.
Ultimately thogh, what you want is possible. So why not go ahead and do it? Make a statement to all your haters!
Oh wait, wala ka naman palang pera. Puro drawing nga lang pala 'to.
Seems like it's normal. You can use that period to reset the service interval warning light. ...
