Is the 28% interest computed from the SRP (the published price in the flyers/website)? If yes, you should compute the net interest using the discounted price less DP.
When getting a Chevy, you are quite at a disadvantage since they have relatively few dealers and your target vehicle is not really a volume seller. Experienced this with our Suzuki (which we all know sells a lot better than Chevy) compared to our Vios.
I personally know two car owners, Ertiga at Fortuner, na inabot din ng 4 months bago maayos yung kotse nila (casa warranty claim).

I owned 2016-Chevy Trax LT.
Okay na okay din sya i drive during wet/rainy season (I guess due to a very good Traction control?)
Comfy kasi maluwang ang loob kahit compact.
Dahil simple ang interior di ka manghihinayang mag add ng decorative decals.
Cons nya eh:
Medyo pricey (kung mag i installment pay mo)
Medyo di maganda ang Soundproofing/Sound Absorbing materials kasi dinig mo noise from outside
Ground clearance at the front medyo low (kaya ata may rubber flashing underneath to protect the bottom front bumper?)
Pricey ang PMS nya
May pag ka-sluggish ang performance (I'm not sure kung na bago na sa 2017 trax)
You cannot put cover on its Leather seats dahil sa curtain airbags na nasa gilid ng seats.
But all in all, Okay na Okay si Chevy Trax. I owned 2010 H-CRV before and masasabi kong parehas na ok :D

pros
-6 airbags
-fast
-decent fuel consumption
-stock back up cam with alarm ( very clear night and day compared to other brands )
-passed the hardest crash test IIHS (buick same car body different interior)
- 50/50 fold seats
-power outlet! usb and aux all available! power outlet is a must have on cars now.
-automatic dimming lights vice versa and daytime running lights.
-cruise control, foglamps (really helpful trust me)
cons
-front too low
-rims too big
-small 2nd row seats (honda city bigger well honda city beats a lot of cars even SUV)
-some phones cannot connect to the infotainment.
-really small car for its price.
-parts really takes some time to arrive when something needs to be replaced. ( ganun na din naman sa iba even toyota sometimes matagal din dating ng parts pero definitely longer sa chev hehe)
ok naman pms kasi every 6mo naman so twice a year unlike some other brands 4 times a year. hindi din naman ganun ka mahal it ranges from 4k-10k, yung mga hindi naman need pede ninyo iparemove sa pms, ask a buddy or a family member na marunong. oil filter and change oil naman importante.
overall i am really satisfied because its compact (hindi hirap imaneuver but can still carry all your baggage), safe (6 airbags is our number 1 priority) and the aircon is so strong!
yung iba kasi hindi na kinoconsider yung safety, for me always get a car with 6 airbags and with a decent crash test ratings. wag tipirin ang family ninyo, do not take the risk.
pipilitin bumili ng big SUV na tinanggal lahat ng safety features base model when you can get like this car or the honda city for 1m + with 6 airbags na and has a high crash test ratings.
ask them to correct it, po. they will create a new CR, is what they did to mine years ago. they...
