    Mahirap talaga ang mga low downpayment offers na yan. Iipitin at iipitin ka, I may have not had a transaction na connected with low downpayment pero some of my friends did. Pangit talaga experience nila, in the end they ended up giving the full 20% din. It's more of a trap.

    Siguro sinabi sayo yung approved ka na para makapagbigay ka na ng down. And if you do, medyo mag-hesitate ka na to refund it even though nagkaka-ipitan na. Meron talaga ganyan eh, mga paasa. :hysterical: Not just for Chevrolet, but for other car dealers as well. Hence some of their bad reps.

    Not all agents are fit to be one as well [unless major qualification yung walang alam, paasa at sinungaling] dahil meron talaga iilan sakanila na pasasakitin ulo mo.

    Buti nalang agent ko sa Toyota Global City, maayos. Hehe. Kahit cash basis ang payment ko, he still continues to give a helping hand. Iba kasi, when they hear na cash purchase nawawalan na sila ng gana i-follow up. :boo:

    Anyway, Chevrolet as a whole isn't a bad brand. The cars they make are solid. Their prices are fair enough and their after-sales are now dependable? I don't know. Lol. My family had a bad experience with a Chevrolet before, expensive maintenance, parts do not come by abundantly etc. etc. But the general driving experience was definitely commendable.

    Point ko lang is, before buying a car might as well ask around kung sino ba ang agent na maayos, or kung saang dealer ang may good rep. OR do not avail their low-down nalang.

    Bago nga kotse mo, nagka-migraine ka naman dahil sa experience mo bago mapasayo yun. Worth it? I don't think so.

    Daewoo is gone, its now GM Korea, a subsidiary of GM.
    GM Korea (formerly known as GM Daewoo Auto and Technology) is the one in charge of developing small Chevys.

    The Era of rebadged (non-GM) Daewoo-developed models are gone. The new small Chevys (even if developed in Korea) are designed to be real GM models which share platforms and some tech with their european Opel cousins.

    Hi guys! Bumili kami ng chevy spark 1.0 LS AT last month at ang isa kong napansin ay halos 10.5 KM / L lang ang fuel consumption niya. Nabasa ko naman na kasi daw asa break-in period pa kaya ganun. Ask ko lang yung may mga 1.0 AT din dito, nag improve ba talaga fuel consumption niyo after some time at kelan ko ito maeexpect? thanks

    *Autotekz, same thing nangyari sa amin. Biglang sinabi we were not approved on the low dp promo. This was on 3 different Chevy branches. Weird since when I went to BPI and Eastwest directly, approved naman kami. Also, the sales agents went less accomodating when I informed them that I was approved by the said banks. Dati sila makulit ngayon ala ng reply most of the time sa inquiries. I hope they change the way they deal with customers.

    I think they wont change unless Chevrolet Philippines will do something about this. Kaya nila sinasabi na approve ka na eh para mag down ka ng reservation tapos pag nag down ka na ay sir hindi ka pala approve sa lowdown promo dun lang sa normal lowdown without freebies kasi para kunin mo na yung normal lowdown dahil sa excitement mo (nice tactics but bad move). No wonder when i got my Vios last friday infront of Toyota Shaw is Chevrolet Shaw. Inside Toyota it feels like im in the mall kasi ang daming tao sa Chev ni isa wala dahil sa ganitong modus operandi ng mga SA nawala tiwala ng public sa kanila.

    Ito malupet. Kuniha ko yung reservation ko kahapon galing akong paranaque nito ha tapos punta ako balintawak (layo no tapos traffic pa sa edsa ubos gas syempre). Sabi dala daw ako ID at refund letter. Pag dating ko sa balintawak WT!!! sir hindi po namin pede i release yung pera nyo kasi nakapangalan sya sa co maker nyo. WT!!! bakit sa kanya nakapangalan ni isang beses hindi nila nakausap co maker ko ni isang beses hindi nila nakita at never pumunta sa chevrolet. Ako nag deposite ng pera bakit ayaw nyo erelease kasi sir for verification process po. WT!!! Verification process? Ako nag deposite ng reservation na yan need nyo pa verification? Imba talaga customer service ng chev. Tapos for all the troubles hindi man lang ako binaba nung manager or hinarap ng SA ko para man lang humingi ng dispensya sa ginawa nila sa akin. Kung hindi ko pa tatanungin asan yung manager (dahil nga ayaw release yung reservation ko hindi pa sya baba) Galing no? Tapos sabi sa akin sir ededeposit na lang po namin sa bank account ng co maker nyo para mas mabilis at para hindi na kayo pupunta dito. ANO DAW??? After i waste my time and gas going to chev balintawak sasabihin nila sa akin na pede pala edeposit sa bank account namin. Huwaw!!! Clap2x for a very2x good customer service. Ni free gas man lang walang binigay. Bago ako umalis may tumitingin sa vios ko na isang chev customer (nagpapaservice ng auto nya cruze sira daw aircon) sabi nya sir ano kukunin mo chev na auto sabi ko hindi na sir dahil sa bad experience na naencounter ko funny sya din. Boss nya daw ang nagbayad ng auto nya (cash) tapos sa boss nya sya magbabayad so meaning boss nya ang nakipag deal sa chev. Nung day na kukunin nya na auto nya ni isang empleyado ng chev walang pumansin sa kanya or kumausap sa kanya dahil naka basketball short at plain t-shirt lang daw sya (yun ang tingin nya kung bakit hindi sya pinansin) the only time na pinansin sya eh nung nalaman sya pala owner nung bagong cruze na ererelease. pag patuloy pa nila ganitong service for sure magkakalumot mga auto nila sa showroom!

    yan ang problem kasi dapat ng nagpalit ng distributor dapat inayos din nila ang mga dealers nila...kung ganito pa din ang attitudes ng mga dealers nakakapang hinayang. maganda ang line up ng chevrolet at kilala sa US pero masisira lang dahil sa mga dealaers na kagaya nito

    Anyway, s cash option, has anyone here tried to negotiate that the roof rails be removed and a spoiler be attached as replacement instead on the LT?

    Mismo, nun kukunin ko na rin dp ko di ako hinarap nun SA or nun Supervisor niya. Galing ng customer service, very accomodating...at first nga lang

    anybody here who is looking for a great service agent?
    mine is great. I just got our spark last june5. after several days, our SA keeps on calling us about sa unit namin. kung ok daw... kung may problems daw ba? I really appreciate what he has done so far for us. ako pa naman ung maraming tanong kasi sigurista ako. when ever I ask about even a small detail... he would call us and accomodate us asap.
    example lng po... I asked him if I could buy sa casa nila na dash board pannel na pwede ako mag install nung dvd plaver sa spark ko. he answered hindi daw pede.bawal daw un. but in my surprise he even gave me a lead to where I could buy that part, not even that part alone but other parts aswell. parang ang dating kasi hes sharing kung saan kumukuha ng mga parts ung casa. tba ok un?

    he always try to give more of what you are asking.

    also hes a manager dun sa casa/showroom na kinunan ko ng spark namin. so marami sya alam about whatever questions I throw at him about the car....

    pag di sya sigurado he will tell u agad na di sya familiar and he will get back to you asap with an answer...

    if somebody who wants to know who he is and where hes working na showroom. pm me. ill share.

    Gusto ko lang share para dun sa mga nagbabalak dahil sobrang nakakabanas na talaga customer service ng chevrolet. Yung binayad namin na reservation hanggang ngayon hindi pa nababalik. Escalated na ito sa Chev Philippines ha pero look its almost 10 business days na wala pa din. Nag promise pa sila na dapat nung monday pa kung hindi ko pa sila etxt hindi sila mag bibigay ng update. Branch manager na ang kausap ko nito ha at isang manager sa sales from Chev Philippines ang aware sa case ko. Now sa mga gustong bumili at mag bibigay ng reservation mag isip muna kung ayaw nyong maabala. :boo: :giveup:

    mukhang sablay nga ang customer service ng Chevy ah. ako rin din natuwa dun sa Shaw, parang pagka-kuha mo ng unit bahala ka na. 2 mos na ala pa plate, pag di mo i-text o tawagan walang update... walang kusa

    buti pa sa ford, lagi ako ni-reremind for my PM sched kahit out of warranty na.

    sir nangyari na din sakin yan sa chevy shaw naman, ganun din ang style nila pahihirapan ka din sa pagrefund ng deposit, ang ginawa ko gumawa ako formal complaint letter tapos forward ko sa chevy philippines yung concern, tapos tinawagan ko din yung chevy para siguraduhin na makarating yung complain ko sa kanila, ayun kinabukasan tumawag agad ang chevy shaw at ready na daw yung cheke at pinakukuha na sakin at that time. baka verbal lang ang naging complain nyo with chevy, try nyo po idaan through formal complain letter.

    Agree ako sa FC ni Sir nfajardo. Last week [06/08/2012] binayahe ko si sparky sa pangasinan 1 full tank balikan may natira pang 2 bars sa fuel. Medyo Stop and go kmi since nka convoy samin ung truck. nung nag compute ako lumabas na 24.25 - 25.1 km/l.

    sir ano po ba pedeng gamitin na radiator coolant sa 1.0 A/T spark? ask ko sa dealer eh ang sagot eh sa kanila na lang daw magpalagay ng coolant...............
