I believe you bro.,- you are earning only $16.5K/month,- which is indeed a fraction of $16.7K/month....

    Tama ba?.... :hysterical:

IMO, hindi pa naman huli ang lahat sa Pinas...merun pa rin naman good paying jobs na won't kill you but make you earn a decent income. Yun nga lang it would be being an entrepreneur and not just a salaried worker dapat ang direction.

When I joined my boss (biz partner as tech partner niya) my monthly salary was just around P25k...10 years later, it was 10x na nun...plus pa ang profit sharing na 30% sa net income. Taghirap lang ang first 3years kasi "planting" effort ang lahat. But that was the best career move I did in my life.

So ayun, nagiging hobby ang paglipat lipat ng work.

Pero I'm sure 5 digits pa rin ang sahod mo in dollars?

Anyway, I think satisfaction or self contentment is always temporary. You always strive to have something better than what you already have. ;)

People earning thousands want hundred Ks. Those earning hundred thousands want millions & so on...

Siguro nga kasi as salary goes up, spending goes up as well

aerobic process plus sodium hypochlorite if within 20km from shore.

last week lang may nag-flush ng briefs nya, ayun bumara sa pipe. e vacuum toilet kaya, so buong rig di maka-flush. found the size M pair lodged in the main pipe. pasalamat sya nabura na yung room number, otherwise that guy will be in the first helicopter out and never be coming back to any rig in the area.

haha, na-hijack na ang thread! may discharge pump bro, then sea water valves to the tank so you open the sea water valve and run the pumps on manual. or you open it and shovel.

lahat naman yata tayo di satisfied sa income natin. lalong lumalaki lalo din tumataas ang expectations. ok i'll admit it's higher than most pero i'm still not satisfied. what with the sh!t i need to put up with. buti sana kung iuutos ko lang sa mga tao ko then i can go back to the office and that's it. leadership on the rig means hands on, so i do get dirty more so than my people. my #1 rule has always been "don't give an order you are not willing to do yourself."

And that is the real deal for almost everyone in the lower echelons of the workforce. It will never be enough... we need more PPP$$$.

if busy ka sa trabaho, kailangan ng passive income. I invest in mutual funds, specially ngayon na malago ang economy.
