Yes
No
No income (only outcome)
Regarding the TS question, the vast majority of people are not satisfied with their current income. I would have to say, 99.9% of pinoys in general are not satisfied. I am not satisfied with the salary that I would be earning soon but I will not let income/salary alone dictate the job that I would be doing. Let me cite my recent experience:
Last month, I discussed my plan of handing over the operation of our business to my younger sister since I felt that she would be ready to handle the responsibility and more importantly, I felt that I would be happier waking up every morning doing the line of work which i enjoyed the most. I worked as a supervisor in a large health insurance company in the United States for over 2 years and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I posted my resume in a job search website last month and got a call from 2 BPO's with health insurance accounts and a local health insurance company. after a series of interviews ( 3 interviewers each for the BPO's; HR manager, operation manager and VP while 4 interviewers in the local health insurance company; VP for HR, department VP, Senior VP and President), I got a job offer from BPO E and the local company. BPO U did not call back after my interview with one of the VP's, so I'm sure that I was not shortlisted. BPO E offered a far better financial compensation than the local company. After a discussion with my wife and eldest son (he is 4 years old hehehe), I finally chose the local company because of 4 things: I want a local company to benefit from my knowledge and work experience; I am not sure how I would handle working the graveyard shift and having a shifting schedule; I would be in a position where I would have more responsibilities in the local company and most importantly, BPO E is offering a position in an entirely different segment of the insurance industry where I am sure I would not be happy.
In general, the intrinsic rewards of following a passion or making a difference is more important than a high salary in an unenjoyable career
there is no such thing as employment for life. every employee is expendable. if the position is not needed anymore or if the company can no longer afford to pay or the company closes, the employee loses the job. occupation maybe longer than employment. with today's economy, job security is gone. unless you sign the paycheck on the front (owner of the company), you dictate who to keep and who to terminate (person who signs the check on the back of the paycheck)
If I had a congressmans' perks .......... then I'd be satisfied.
Wishful thinking!
Saving for the possible rainy days ahead.
ung mga mayayaman never satisfied yan. they are looking for means and ways para lalo pa yumaman.![]()
you'll never be satisfied with your income if your lifestyle cost always exceeds your income
first year sa work dati nag dydyip lang para pumasok
after 4 yrs sa work nagtataxi na
after 10yrs sa work nagkokotse na
ganito naman pag iisp ng tao eh
may pera naman ako bat ako magdyidyip .. and it goes and goes and goes
For me so far so good, but of course still eyeing for more...for my kid's future.

the thread's question is too broad for satisfaction is variable.... what may be big for me, may be too small for you or vice-versa.
and besides, i've known people who have high monthly incomes, but huge monthly expenses due to the reasons that they have to maintain or increase their lifestyle.
for me personally, i know what it feels like ng wala, and i know what it feels like ng meron. and nung "wala" ako, I've felt God's presence in our family's lives and we were happy.
so now, I could say, na maski magkano ang kinikita ko ngayon per month, i would be very satisfied.
don't compare and don't look at other's income.. just be thankful sa natatanggap nyo and live within that boundary and you will be ok..
Oo nman.... 110k a month at tax free pa. Yun nga lang 8 months a yr nga lng at 4 mons no income. Hehe
