I just got a 3.6% raise, nakaka-awa. The other drilling company i'm aiming to transfer to got 12% increase, and they already have a higher pay scale to start with. My friend who works there (indonesian) now earns close to $18k/month. He used to be my trainee! When he started he was a fresh graduate and knew absolutely zits. I trained him, and even recommended him for promotion after 6 years of patient tutelage from yours truly. Makes me really proud how far my former trainees have gone, all of them. My only regret, kahit isa walang pinoy. Puro sila thai, indonesians and malaysians.

Gross income yan nasa graph ah? :D

I'm okay with my income as of now. I guess it should strike a balance on your current lifestyle and how much growth and experience you get from your current job.

At least you are earning relatively better than most Pinoys, bro.

No harm though in claiming your rightful share of $18K per month .... Should give you more elbow room in your financials....

One of the best achievements any professional can have is to see the people they mentored and trained move up and perform well. It speaks loads of one's capabilities.

I'm pretty satisfied with my income. Coupled with all the perks, I think it's one of the most generous offers among what my batchmates have from other companies.

But the best part is that I love the job itself so it doesn't feel like a chore just to earn money.

Yes naman, maswerte nga may work ako, madami rin ang naiingit satin dahil may work tayo.
maraming biyaya ang natanggap ko, maayos na pamumuhay, at higit sa lahat masayang pamilya. pasalamat nalang ako dahil may work ako.
