I just noticed that the ads there are dwindling in numbers?

Any alternative websites similar to olx? I usually look for potential suppliers on the site pero lately pati yun mga suppliers ko na nakuha ko doon eh hindi na nagpopost sa olx.

There are now too many rules and restrictions, and OLX introduced a lot of fees that are required now which used to be all free.

Also, the search engine is not as good as it used to be, search only scans the title and no longer the ad body.

I hope there comes a new alternative like the good old Sulit days before they were acquired by OLX and things went bad after that.

if you wanna post free ads without rules madami website na ganyan like mybenta and neverheard sites

but as an advertiser, what i like about olx is its ranking sa google

if people search for products (in the Phils.) using google, olx always appears on top or always in page 1 of google search results

so even if people do not search in olx, they will find you in olx

can't say the same for other online free ads websites

Used to be nung Sulit pa siya pag naghanap ako ng car accessories (like Philips/Osram headlight bulbs, car a/v products, and even b/new or 2nd hand cars) ang daming lumalabas na search results. Parang ngayon di na nga ganun ka-comprehensive.

Saturday a guy from makati wanted to see the car

I arranged for them to meet

Today my friend informed me the guy is buying the car

I'm getting a commission

OLX works for me

what i find irritating in olx, is the computer programming is not as smooth as it used to be. they would sometimes hang.

Depends on what you're planning to buy/sell.

When I sold my cars recently, I posted on OLX, jeje FB groups, Ateneo Trade, and my own FB wall.

Both of my buyers saw my ads from OLX. Reach-wise, I think OLX is still tops.

But I agree that they've made it more restrictive now. I couldn't even post 2 cars for sale at once without paying. I know they're targeting the buy-and-sell guys, but there are also people like me just honestly trying to dispose of my stuff.

My problem with FB groups is that it's the same crowd of people from OLX so if there are scammers in OLX, there are also scammers on FB.

Ateneo Trade is a much much more refined FB group but of courae has very very limited reach. It's my first option when buying or selling but it's a very limited market so I often have to explore elsewhere.

Currently, I'm looking for 18" Honda OEM rims. Aside from OLX, does anyone else know where I can find a set online?
