    parang mahirap ang business na totally dependent sa utility company.

    for example, i-cafe dependent sa DSL and kuryente.
    refilling station, car wash, laundry dependent sa Maynilad/Manila Water and kuryente.


    at least limit the dependency on the basics like electricity and phone.
    mas ok talaga kung yun business na kahit may brownout ok, sales/trading hehehe

    kung ikaw pa lang ang nagstart sa area nyo, that good business, malakas ika nga. pero kanya kanyang tubig yan. mas malinis ang tubig mas magandang business. d lasang kalawang, plastic etc... kahit madami pa kayong magtutubig kung safe at mura water, good business pa din. heheh!

    merong ibinibenta sa aking water refilling station worth 250K operational na sya for less than a year. So meron na syang mang customers. meron n syang delivery motor. ang magooperate is yung misis ko kso minsan nkausap nya ung pinsan hipag nya n meron ding water refilling station. Sinasabi na mahal daw ung ibinebenta na iyon. saka sabi nya sa misis ko mahirap daw ang maintenance kapag nasiraan ng tubo. Mahal daw ang tubo ksi hindi lang ung isa ang papalitan marami daw. plus kung sakali magkaroon daw ng leak ma contaminate ung tubig baka meron daw magkaroon ng sakit sa tyan at medemanda pa raw kami. So nagkaroon tuloy ng contradiction. Sa tingin nyo may katotohanan ba ito? kelangan ko lng ng 2nd opinion nyo bago ko ipasa ang ilo-loan kong pera para mabili ang water refilling station na yun.
