Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Conduct training on organizational standards and procedures.
Develop training materials/implementing guidelines/tools to be used.
Provide immediate feedback on project document reviews and audits.
Identify process improvement initiatives that will boost the maturity of the organization’s software culture.
Participate as an active member of the project team by providing SQA support in terms of guidance regarding ensuring conformance to standards, procedures and best practices.
Review project plan and other project deliverables for completeness periodically within the project’s life cycle.
Review product test plans for completeness and adherence to standards.

Review the procedures of data processing operations and information security, and recommend improvements, as appropriate, to ensure operational efficiency, quality of service and adequacy of controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

* With 3 – 4 years experience doing SQA work
