IC Layout Designer (2) Openings

Complete layout design of I.C. blocks, according to process design
rules.
Perform DRC and LVS verification until the circuit block layouts are
free of
violations.
VLSI design of Power Management and Radio Frequency integrated
circuits,
using SmartMOS and Hip technologies.

Proficient with Cadence tools: Virtuoso, Layout XL, Diva, Assura
Experience
in
SmartMOS and/or Hip and/or CDR1 process technologies. Should have at
least 5
years experience in layout design, and be able to pick up new design
concepts
and tools quickly and work with a minimum of supervision.
RF design experience is a plus.
You will be working with the RF and/or Power Management groups.

IC Layout Designer:
At least 5 years experience in IC Layout Principles.
All projects require support relating to HIP7 .13 I.O. pads, CMOS
90nm
I.O.
pad design and modular custom design.
Good knowledge of cad tools ( Virtuoso layout
editor and Calibre verification tools. ) Under limited supervision
produces
complex layouts of I.O pad designs in HIP7 .13 and CMOS 90nm process.
Works
well with layout designers and engineers assigned to the project.

Design\Verification Engineer:
This opening is for the digital verification of a power management
system.
The engineer will be working with a worldwide team of engineers to
develop
test
plans and verification intellectual property to assure specification
compliance of a
complex system. The engineer will employ a variety of techniques to
test
that
system meets all of it's application goals and will be brought to
market in
a timely
manner.

Team is designing a large mixed signal power management integrated
circuit
with
control logic, communications ports, codecs, various regulator and
power
supply
circuitry.

Required
Proficient in high level digital design language, preferably Verilog.
Skills: Ability to translate complex specifications into a
comprehensive
test plan.
Knowledge of power management or other control system implementations.
Knowledge of cellular radio architectures a plus.
Proficient in Unix, revision control, and digital simulators (verilog,
vcs)
Knowledge of Verilog AMS and/or a functional verification language is a
plus

Mechanical Engineer with Inventor

Researches, plans, and designs mechanical and electromechanical
products
and systems, and coordinates activities involved in the drafting and
design
process of mechanical or electromechanical products and systems.
Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal,
specifications,
and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Designs products or systems such as vacuum chambers, controls, robots,
material handling, electrode structures, and mechanical, thermal,
hydraulic,
or heat transfer systems to interface machines, hardware, and software.
Plans, designs, and directs drafting group in development of methods
and
procedures for documenting products or systems.
Coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products
and
systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.

Develops new vendors for specialized production parts and procedures.
Originate material specifications as to type, grade, heat treating,
surface
finish, etc.

Five to seven years Semiconductor Capital Equipment experience.
Advanced Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD knowledge; working ability with
AutoCAD.
Experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA); and/or Computational
Dynamics
(CFD)
Familiarity with current industry standards; NEC, OSHA, SEMI, etc.
SAP R3 knowledge, helpful, but not required.
