This is along Taft Avenue (walking distance from DLSU-Taft). Wala na masyado units at Tower 1. We will be receiving reservation payments tom at our Head Office.

Tower 1 was launched last August. It appreciated by 5% na. The 20% DP is payable in 56 months. Roughly 6K per month for a studio unit and 7K per month for a 1BR-unit

hindi ko alam yung ibang projects nila but i notice rough finishes sa mga units na napasukan ko that my friends own. . .yung mga tiles uneven; me mga cracks agad kahit bago pa lang; yung beam nakaharang sa mga ilaw kaya kailangang magdagdag ng ilaw on it's other side; me napansin pa 'kong uneven na fire escape stairs--delikado pag nagtatakbuhan during an emergency situation

for me, those substandard construction results were breaches of contract themselves. . .for me, i see as, "haha, naibenta na namin yan sa inyo, problema nyo na yan"

Ibang building nga yun pero same area. Turned over last year, so far ok naman they got a 2BR bi level unit.
