Maganda din ang tech support kasi maraming puwedeng gawin (tinkering etc) .. mga kasama ko sa tech support dati nag abroad na. They experimented with a lot of stuffs that's why they were able to gain a lot of experience.
I want to continue CCNA pero nawala na yung motivation. It's been 3 years since I last took that first module. Anyway, naghahanap pa ata mga CISCO academy schools ng instructors. You might want to try them too. Again, Good Luck!

I'm in the IT field for 8 years now and I started without any CCNA certifications because I'm still in college when MosCom Internet hired me as their Web Developer and Technical Staff. Now I'm working in the US Telecoms handling the 3rd highest position in our company.
I don't see anything wrong with call centers, I think call centers might help you to broad up your contact of employers, friends, and others that might help you to get your dream job. You have 4 certifications better to use them wisely or else those 4 will be back from zero.
Try to send me a private message and share to me your resume, maybe I can help you out or hire you to our company. We are doing VOIP so I'm expecting more to your certifications. Take care and good luck.

i'm one of these IT guys here.
my first job was a lowly tape librarian, carrying data processing tapes and making sure they are filed/retrieved for certain data processing jobs (wala pang hard disks nun, kaya puro tapes lang).
rose up from the ranks and became a systems programmer, a systems analyst, a network engineer, technical support supervisor, project manager, IT Division Head and ngayon...
C|EH and CCNA too... admittedly these certifications helped.
