Siyempre kasama Sa contract dapat yearly increment and performance bonus
And another thing what if yun new offer mo na compensation eh you can get it with your present co but in 10 yrs time pa assuming u can have a yearly 5% increment? Siyempre lipat na diba?

pwede naman umalis ulit pag hindi nabigyan ng increase. hehehehe
pero yes, maganda kung same line of work. basta hindi sobrang liit na company ok na yan. pero base on experience, mga start-up company ang malaki mag offer. kasi they need the manpower and skills mo. kelangan pa nila mag ramp up. mga big and established company medyo barat kasi sasabihin nila matagal na sila sa industry at stable na sila.

this is what i have in mind.. in 10yrs vs 1yr
tska di naman lilipat pag hindi naman same nature eh
regular nga hirap naman mag ipon...
yung iba matagal na sa industry ung kinikita sakto lang pang araw araw , parang satisfied na ata sila sa ganong buhay.. tapos ang increase pahirapan pa , yung iba promoted pero salary ganon pa rin

March 30th, 2012 01:06 AM #48My mayabang friend left his Marketing Director Position in Nokia to join Alcatel as the GM. Nag-fold up na yung company after 1 1/2 years. He is jobless up to now.
The Alcatel Phil. is under new distributorship.
