actually napag-usapan na iyan w/ the mayor's ofc a decade ago because the public municipal cemetery is practically and literally stacked. he and his konsehals were sort of requesting for it in a roundabout sort-of-way. the problem is conditions back then were less than satisfactory because infrastructures going in-and-out of town were really bad. the place was borderline isolated nga to be honest. but now that the long awaited bridge has opened (50 or so years in the making...i kid you not!) baka may ma-entice na na developer.
iyan ang problema pag dynastic political family ang may hawak ng province. they have the power to block certain gov't projects to benefit their bulwark to the detriment of their less than favored constituents. akalain mo, 161 meters lang iyong bridge in question - ayaw patapusin ng ilang dekada nung dating mga naka-upong governors kasi eventually may possibility ma-bypass iyong homebase nila ng commercial traffic.Last edited by baludoy; December 28th, 2023 at 03:57 PM.

Easy way is sell the land. Ganyan business kakilala ko at namimili sila lote from idle langs in remote but not too far places from the town center.
Another way is to have a partnership with memorial park developers para continues ang income flow kahit fully utilized na kasi uso ngayong yung internment na. Mas malaki kita dun kasi space saving.

Points taken bro.
A partnership or long term lease would be ideal but probably unlikely. Keeping my finger crossed though.

We are about to buy a house and lot from a realtor sa subdivision. The process the realtor told us eh nuhulugan yung down-payment for few months hen pag malapit na matapos down-payment they will help us apply for a bank housing loan.
Now someone suggested to us to take a bank loan na even before the down-payment, the bank daw can guide us with the documents and safety, it will help avoid scams. Is this true? Also what are the IDs, license or papers we should ask the realtor for before we hand them the down-payment? We are about to pay half of the down-payment para ma start na daw construction.
Do you guys have some guides I can read with this? Ayaw ko sumulong sa process na ito ng ignorant.

July 28th, 2024 11:05 AM #530get a second opinion, say, from the bank that you intend to get the loan from.
Seems like it's normal. You can use that period to reset the service interval warning light. ...
