Still have a few years to pay it off, but definitely one of the best investments I made. My point is buying at a good price and right sizing is important. Very risky to be putting all eggs in one huge basket that you might not be able to pay for. This is what is happening to a lot of folks in the US. They take out mortgages for properties that will take them a lifetime to pay off barring any health issues. Taking the immense financial load off the normal working man's life is the point of tiny house living.
