i concur.
because they already over-charged us in the selling price, to cover the forever maintenance, etc...
i mean, 'twas like buying a residential lot in an exclusive village.

when our gourmet relative passed away, he made sure the wake food lived up to his usual standards.
on one among the sorry-wishers declined to partake... well.

as you might have suspected... our family likes to eat.
it would be un-natural if the gathering had minimal food available.. or no one was eating.
but that's just us.
but it does take a lot of effort, to make the wake place conducive to eating.

i already did. bought 2 lots near our area not as investment though but for use pag kinailangan na. Pataas ng pataas na rin presyo ng memorial lots nowadays it's better to buy early, makakapili ka pa ng magandang location. Also, sobrang mahal ng presyo ng lahat pag bumili ka during the time of need.

And more importantly, when that time comes siguradong nagdadalamhati ka. When you have this already (plus a memorial plan) bawas na yan sa iisipin mo at sa stress.
