If buying a lot in a subdivision, check for the limitations and rules on what to or what not to build.
Might as well check the association dues as this will be a monthly recurring expense

You should check this for flood information
Project NOAH
Apparently Ayala made a flood map of Metro Manila many years ago thats why their properties tend to be flood free, they only screwed up with Magallanes Village.
The fault maps are in the Philvocs website

May 20th, 2014 01:28 PM #71. comfortable ka ba sa rented house nyo ngayon?
2. do you like the place?
3. malapit ba yan sa work mo?

I would love to have a house here in the neighborhood we live in now.
Looked through Sulit as well, kahit townhouse nasa 12M na rin.
My dad's family had a house here before pero they had to sell it due to financial constraints. Sayang nga eh.
Which is why I'm looking at the Commonwealth area..North Susana or Don Antonio heights seems reasonable. Kung sa Mandaluyong area din ok sana.
