Im gonna go left field here:

1. You will NEVER know how good you have had it until you lost it

2. You will never get out of your comfort zone because these bosses spoil you rotten. Parang under sila sa iyo

3. You will never grow out of your sheltered cocoon because your bosses will always pander to your every need. If those guys worked in my company, theyd be fired. Are they that helpless and dependent? No one is indispensable but they break all the rules for you...and it sets a bad precedent. You as well with your attendance. Regardless of your productivity. You cant set a bad example where i work.

4. You wanna grow? Personally and professionally? Well you cant grow in that environment where every tantrum you throw is REWARDED.

5. You always say you have no savings...well that big lump sum is a huge head start. You wont get that anywhere else in this environment

6. You will live your life full of "what ifs" and indecision if you stay in that sheltered, cushy role. What kind of department do they run there anyways that you can dictate your terms to the bosses and they wait on your every decision or indecision? No wonder its being moved to India. All softies.

Conclusion:

Get out of there. Save yourself from cooking in your own pot. This is the kick in your life that you need.
