Sa ganyang kaso,- talo ang asar....
Bagalan ang trabaho na may kasamang pasipul-sipol... Ilaglag sa basura ang sense of urgency...

Para ngang may bagong course sa Risk Management sa Insurance sa DLSU.... I think I read it somewhere....
Anyway, there should be a lot of talents around,- those with years of experience in that field, lalo na iyong mga Statisticians/BS Math/Statistics graduates who have ventured into actuarial activities... Siyempre since they have the data and they can interpret it,- then the risk management analysis naturally follows.... Ito ang evolution ng trabaho na iyan....

di lahat ng managers, wala sa coverage ng labor laws, its a big misconception...
maganda lang sa pandinig yung title na manager pero dapat ma distinguish muna what type of managerial post and nature ng work ang involved...
kung front line managers (title lang yung manager pero wala siya policy making power), covered sya. ang hindi lang covered ay yung top managerial posts na merong independent power of control, and the right to hire and fire employees...
BTT: since hindi pa nagre-resign yung employee, i would suggest na before filing a case sa NLRC, magpunta muna sa DOLE office at mag file/request ng visitation and enforcement ng labor relation officer para madetermine kung tama ba palakad ng company...that way, malalaman kung ano ano mga violations ng company at posible ma award yung mga monetary claims na wrognfully withheld like unpaid OT's.
that way, posibleng mag benefit din lahat yung other employees. my centLast edited by phezthie; October 5th, 2012 at 04:49 PM.
