Is it good to invest in a condo?

It's Park West, behind the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

If mahirap ibenta afterwards, mukhang hindi magandang investment ito. Definitely, I'll need to pay for all the dues kahit hindi ginagamit yung unit while awaiting buyers.

My brother invested into two units at Park West last year. Seems to be a good investment IF you can get a unit that faces the park or does not get afternoon sun.

Mas style para sa kabit is to get a house and lot in an obscure subdivision at the other side of town. :D

May naging client kami dati, he lives in Xavierville tapos yung kabit, binigyan niya ng bahay sa LGV.

Mas maganda pa kaysa sa bahay nung mag-asawa. Right after that we told them to pay off their accounts already. Mahirap ang ganun...

Tama, be particular when you choose your condo unit as well (avoid afternoon sun and find one with a good view, kahit tabihan ng ibang building).
