As a general rule...a government owned bank is the safest. Next is one that is international in scope (yung europe based banks). The rest all depends on banking history. Plus of course, get a bank that is near you and have more ATM facilities around the areas that you frequent.

Look for international banks na meron din tayo dito like Citibank NA, HSBC etc.
just seen a 10th gen cross 200,000 miles on reddit. is this a unicorn or has the cvt been proven...
