kelangan maganda location talaga. ung mall of asia parang ok naman. kasi sm yan. hehehe.

if i had that kind of money i'd get the franchise of any of these two, very minimal chance of palpak. pero grabe hirap sa mcdo strict masyado training, interviews, kng wala ka 50M maliit tingin sau ng mcdo. sa jollibee naman madali lng sa training, bigyan mo lng pera cla na bahala lahat.

bluegirl: your right the food ka dapat mag concentrate is your starting a business kasi necessity yan eh... d mawawala tao, pero think about te spce u need, sympre the bigger the space the more income you'll have, pero sympre it'll take additional capital for that... but..the thing here is.. pag yellow cab k... malakas lang sya pag tanghali at gabi.. sympre kainan eh... unless you'll have delivery service (dagdag income yan)but u have to supply pa mga delivery equipment (manpower n motor).

but the problem i foresee pag gabi na.. edi talo kana, kasi wala na masyado tao sa mall... i suggest.. since may callcenter dyan (teletech ata correct me im wrong) and if u have the money.. try to open your own resto nalng.. parang dencio's tipong pwdeng inuman sa gabi at tambayan at the same time, kainan sya ... since bago sa tao ang place n yan saka mas tahimik, mas madaming tao pupunta para tatambay at iinum.

a coffee shop may sound a good investment, kasi mabenta stin e yun eh. for those people na mahilig umupo at magpahinga.. at mag yosi

ako noon plano kong dalhin ang Dampa sa North...ngayon meron nang Dampa sa Libis...if only i have millions of pesos hayyyyyy

Yes, 100% local ito, at least meron tayong puwedeng ipagmalaki.
