    grabe muntik ata ako lagnatin nung nalaman ko total investment.i think wala pa dun ang rental ng space.gusto ko sana yellowcab kasi established na yung name tapos yung SM mall of asia soon to rise palang sa macapagal...hirap din tlaga magfranchise...kung 3 or 4 kami magshare sa 10M kaya ko pa siguro...okay din magtayo gn sariling resto medyo mahirap lang humahanap ng magandang location kasi ang SM mas gusto nila yung kilala na...

    ang mcdo.jollibee and others fastfoods hindi nagfranchise yan kahit nga tokyo-tokyo eh..

    starbucks din hindi kasi rustan's ang exclusive na nagfranchise nun from US..

    figaro nagpapafranchise 3M ang initial...

    thanks sa lahat ng nagreply....

    If you have less than four million why don't you try photo developing business.
    like KODAK. Since you are located at mongol and crayola factory you can also venture into printing services that handles wide formats.

    just an opinion...

    and yes jollibee and starbucks do not offer franchise. Jollibee will only give you a franchise if you own a prime location.

    when considering other franchises though, ingat sa pagpili. some may seem cheap, but are not worth sh!t(e.g. ROP Potato Cuddler)

    baiskee, mas mahal ata ung yellow cab, considering the PALM promo ng pizza hut

    di ba me entrepreneur forums na naka advertise dito?

    halos lahat ng mga kilalang brands like, jollibee sa mga malls, company owned. dahil sure ang ROI nila sa mga malls. tapos balita ko, ang jollibee, kapag franchise naman, 30% lang ang share mo, yung 70% sa company pa rin.

    mcdo = 20M
    jollibee (includes greenwich) = 25M

    if i had that kind of money i'd get the franchise of any of these two, very minimal chance of palpak. pero grabe hirap sa mcdo strict masyado training, interviews, kng wala ka 50M maliit tingin sau ng mcdo. sa jollibee naman madali lng sa training, bigyan mo lng pera cla na bahala lahat.

    yellow cab is a local establishment... hindi yan galing sa ibang country... bakit ganyan kamahal? kung ganyan lang din, mag-invest ako sa iba... magstart ako ng sarili... pero i wont expect too much din, slowly pero lalaki rin... hindi good investment yan...

    for every two mcdonalds... may three jollibee... we did a market study sa franchises dati sa school, not that extensive... pero medyo marami rin nalulugi... kasi pag-wrong location, yari ka...
