This is the greatest sting I ever heard! You give them money and they lend you 80% of it, WTH!

Your better off spending that cash, than get ripped off by this scheme. Oh yeah you get to pay your purchases 30 days or more later and you get 0.2% discount in the form of reward points, but the annual fee will just negate that. Better to wait till my employment history qualifies me for a credit card.

deposit minimum P10,000, and you get a credit limit of P8,000 (80%), tapos may promo sila spend P5000 within 3 months yata and the annual fee is waived forever (yes, meron forever pa lol) - sa festival near shopwise ko ito nakita... inquire ka na lang sa bank kung on-going pa ito promo offer...

tapos kunin mo bpi-petron para may free P200 fuel voucher and 3% rebate sa fuel purchase along with the perks of petron value card (free insurance and emergency road side assistance)...

cons ng petron-bpi - no points on purchase, pero pwede ka kuha ng bpi e-credit card (for free) for internet use, P30 = 1 point

no annual fee FOREVER/FOR LIFE if the promo of spending 5000 pesos within 3 months is still on-going, thats what makes this offer good...

the cash on the bank (minimum 10,000 pesos) earns 1% per year BTW...

*im not a BPI employee, but i do enjoy this benefit of 3% rebate...

Kung wala kang history better start one. Open a savings account and dagdagan mo regularly. Notorious ang bpi at bdo na mahigpit, especially the former.

Ganyan din ako nun. Na badtrip ako so nag ipon na lang ako sa savings account and next thing I know sila na nag offer, laki pa ng credit limit.

Just think of it like a forced savings.

I remembered when I first applied for credit cards, di na ako nakakatanggap ng reply sa mga banks. Pero yung classmate ko, kasabay ko nag apply, na-approve!. And yet, mas nakakaangat naman ng konti ang financial standing ko sa kanya .

    Define "konti" in Boybi terms?

We usually use the discount promos for our CC (50% discount sa resto, some retails stores, etc.).
