She asked one of her neighbor friends to look after her house while she's away, then came typhoon milenyo, brown out for several days. Her nice neighboor came into her house and emptied her refrigerator freezer and dumped all the rotting stuff. Included were jewelries worth a couple of millions which she wrapped in foil and placed inside the freezer with the meat products

I really don't know if it came from BSP and if it's a legal tender. most probably it's not.
it was given during his inauguration, take a look at the serial number hinde nakita mabuti pero the complete serial number is JE6301998, which is his initial and date of his inauguration.
and it comes with box with Presidential seal and all.
