BTT, i think the circulo verde has a good master plan. Hopefully they considered the risk of flooding from the Marikina river.

That is good. But your sister needs to consider the surrounding areas. Baka bahain din so mahirap pumasok or makalabas pag tumaas ung ilog. How muc is the price per sqm if I may ask? DMCI and SM are offering P50K to 60K per square while Ayala, esp the BGC areas is around P150K to P200K per sqm.
