    Tumira din ako sa condo sa Pasig Along Sandoval, mahal ng parking unit ka presyo na ng kotse, wala kasing rental, After 2 years na nakatira binenta na namin nasisikipan na kami sa 30sq m. 1205 dues namin Mejo mahal ang tubig para commercial rate na dami din lamok mga 500meters ang layo sa ilog Pasig. 2.9k yata ang rpt na binayaran namin

    On the upside, may guard kayo, lagi may pool (meron ba?), at madali awayin kapit bahay mo pag maingay hihi

    Best here yung security at, as a rule, good location

    Maliit nga 30 sqm bro. Parang bachelor pad lang yan eh.

    75sqm nga baka maliit din lalo na pag may bata. Kung may park sa condo mo baka pwede pa.

    Grocery within 50m of your condo is love. Sobrang easy ng buhay mo. Pwede lakarin o trike. If sa condo mo mismo meron nun, hula ko pwede mo akyat mga trolley nila sa unit mo.

    As i said earlier sa property management office (PMO) ang tamang lugar para mag complain not the sekyu . ganito lang yan OB, kapag na snatch ka sa daan, kanino ka ba hihingi ng saklolo? kay mamang pulis or kay street sweeper? gets na ba?

    TS, you may also check DMCI homes, it's not perpetual ownership unlike other's developer. meaning hanggang nakatayo ang bldg. sayo pa rin ang unit.

    may tsikoteer dito may SM savemore, salon, spa etc.. sa loob mismo ng compound nila. dun nga kami nag grogrocey, few meters away lang sa samin.

    that's why the parking slot's ROI is faster than the unit itself if rented or leased out by the unit owner. kung baga ginto makabili ang parking slots at kung meron man sky's the limit ang price.

    Ang point ko lang sa isang maliit na gusali pag madami tao eh mas malaki chansa ng ganyan mga gawain.

    Any development, especially high rise, when surrounded by water and at the same time near fault line is a big red flag.

    Find one that is far from both. And find one that sits on top of solid bedrock.

    Naku yan ang hirap pang nanghuhula ka na dreamy. Obviously???? And I hindi ako makaafford..... Duuhhhhh.

    Tumira ako sa condo ng studio unit, one bedroon with balcony, two bedroon with and without , three bedroom and sa penthouse. Para mafeel ko kung ano nararamdaman sa mga ganyan cramped unit except for the penthouse na obviosuly malaki. All high rise pala yan.

    Bawat isa jan tumira ako for 3weeks. Ako lang mag-isa. Sa penthouse lang ako nag-enjoy.

    By the way wala ako binayad. All expense paid. Pinilit pa ako nyan. I obliged. Pero hindi ako bumili.

    If mahiligan ko mag-alaga ng kalapati ulit at pumayaga condo association baka i will rethink to buy a condo.

    Obviously mga pipitsugin ung condo na nasubukarn mo. Funny thing you dont own them at all yet you generalize your comments about condos (malamok, maingay, parang motel, etc.). Try the high end ones as I am sure you havent tried one even in your wildest dream. But then again as I have said, you couldn't afford to own one. Prove me that I am wrong and I will recant my statement with a public apology.

    Yes, BGC has good master plan and safe against earthquake and flooding. It is also in the center of huge corporate offices, ROHQs and high end botiques. Unfortunately the price range of the studio units (25 sqm to 36 sqm) are beyond the reach of some pretenders here in the forum so they the keep pretending that they hate condo living. The parking slots alone are more expensive than the cars of the pretenders.

    Oo tama naman kayo. Dito sa internet forum madami pwede magpretend. Nasasainyo na yun kung magpapaapekto kayo. Kung hindi nyo matanggap eh problema nyo na yan. Sino hacker dito or may connection sa military? Gusto nyo try ihack ako para malaman nyo. Magpagod naman kayo. Ayoko ako yung magpopost ng sarili ko bangko.

    Pero kahit ano pilit mo eh puro pader talaga ang liliit ng unit sa pilipinas. Tapos feeling mayaman. hahahahah

    I own a unit with DMCI. Sa contrara walang provision ng resale-to-developer. But I will check yung master deed at iba pang papers na makuha ko sa kanila to make sure lang.
